2 -- We offer customized treatment and rehabilitation programs that take your specific requirements into consideration. Our practitioners can draw from a wide range of treatment options and modalities to best suit your needs and comfort.
3 -- We have on site HICAPS facilities for real time health insurance claiming, as well as EFTPOS facilities to cater for your choice of payment. Our clinic also accepts EPC plans from MDs which feature a rebate from Medicare for up to 5 visits.
4 -- We believe that your appointment fee should include everything that we may need in order to give you the best possible care. For this reason, we will not charge extra if we make use of things such as strapping, kinesio tape, acupuncture needles or any other consumables throughout the treatment session.
5 -- We do not believe in excessive radiological examinations before beginning care, however if at any stage throughout care we need further or more thorough investigations, we will refer you on to the appropriate specialists to conduct those procedures. That said, if you have recent examinations (X- Rays, MRIs, Ultrasounds, etc), please bring them with to your visit.

Workplace Health costs are quoted dependant on the individual client needs and settings.

We do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach especially when it comes to the industrail or corporate environments where the variables are the keys to finding a realistic, efficient solution.
